*Job Description:*
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic litigation team .
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation
* Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
* Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
* Coordinate and schedule court appearances, depositions, and meetings
*Qualifications:*
* Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation
* Strong knowledge of Maryland personal injury laws and court procedures
* Proficient in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.
