Need help (Middle River)

I know this probably isn't the right format but I've run out of ideas and unfortunately options.
Asking strangers for help turns my stomach but everywhere I've turned, I've been turned away.
It's been a year and SSA is still only 75% through with my disability claim.
I'm just about out of fuel oil, Fuel Fund of MD won't help.
I've cut expenses every way possible but I'm still short at the end of the month.
I'm on waiting list for senior housing but that could be 9 months to a year.
Now I find out that I may lose my prescription benefits which in and of itself is a death sentence.
Can anyone help me? Point me to resources I may not have thought of? Money for groceries (because I get SSA the state says I don't qualify for SNAP).
