Bridge clean up (Baltimore)

This may be a long shot I’m in Virginia , I have 25 experience in the demolition field , I was a superintendent with the company that cleaned 9-11 in New York .
I have over 22 yrs operating heavy equipment , shears , grapples , buckets , hammers , torches .
I was just curious if the company if anyone know? Needed help in the cleanup , I’m also former Navy, so I’m no stranger to water .
If anyone know who? Where ? To point me rite direction.
I think my knowledge in the demolition field and heavy equipment would be useful.
Again if someone could point me the rite way.
