Faux Leather Couch - Good Condition - Serious Inquiries ONLY - $50 (Ednor Gardens)

I have a faux leather couch that has served me well for the past 10 years.
It is not a trendy piece so it is kinda timeless and can work with many different decors.
It is in very good condition with no rips.
There are just some slight ripples in the material on the inside of the right arm - It never bothered me and I am particular about things like that.
They are not noticeable.
I am moving to a smaller space and the only reason I am not taking it is because it is too big for the new space.
I am moving on January 1, so it would need to be picked up ASAP - no later than 6pm on that day (Jan 1).
You need two people to move it.
However, if you don't have anyone to help, I can help you lift and load it.
This is cash and carry.
