It works fine.
When we bought this machine on Amazon in April 2023, it stated that the weight limit was 300 lb.
This machine was fine for my husband and myself; however, even though my son is nowhere near 300 lbs, it was squealing when he got on.
With either of us, it was perfectly fine.
My guess is 225 lb max weight limit would be more accurate.
