scrap or fix Ariens st1032 snow blower (Belvedere Square)

This was working a few weeks ago.
Something happened in the top end and the valve dropped.
You can buy the top end off amazon for around $50.
The engine is a harbor freight greyhound 13hp.
It's a honda clone.
HF was sued by honda so they had to stop making them but you can still get parts for them.
HF replaced the greyhound with the predator motor.
It's heavy if you want to scrap it.
