The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety (CTSA) and it's sister-company Get Centered Wellness (GCW) are looking for exceptional wellness professionals to join our team! Our wellness center and studio are growing and we're looking to offer highly therapeutic, transformational classes and services to our clients.
We believe in cultivating healing and transformational services for our clients who are navigating a variety of health issues, including anxiety, trauma, and depression.

We are looking for practitioners with training/certification in the following areas to join our yoga and meditation studio:
Yoga (especially restorative, Bhakti, Vinyasa)
Breathwork
Meditation
Vibrational Sound Healing
Tai Chi or Qigong
other disciplines welcome to apply!
We are also looking to grow our wellness team! If you are a wellness professional interested in offering individual services in our Treatment Suite, you are also welcome to apply! We are searching for highly skilled practitioners in the disciplines of:
Therapeutic Massage/Bodywork
Acupuncture/Acudetox
Functional Medicine
Nutrition/Lifestyle Medicine
Reiki
and others!
Instructors and Wellness Professionals will be responsible for providing services on a weekly basis to clients and will be compensated for the services provided.
All practitioners will be hired as independent contractors.
Job Responsibilities:
Arrive to studio or wellness center 20 minutes prior to class/service start time and be prepared to stay 10-15 minutes after each class to ensure a smooth transition
Create a personal connection with each client
Foster a sense of community within each studio class
Create a class experience/service offering that is restorative, nurturing, and transformational
Set up studio/treatment room appropriately
Ensure a clean and orderly environment
Provide high quality services/classes
Follow up with clients after class to nurture supportive environment
Clean studio space/treatment room after use
Build community and connection
Position Requirements:
Belief in and alignment with GCW mission, vision, and values
Willingness to provide karma classes/services (e.
g.
, 2 free community offerings per year to give back to community, market services, reduce access to services)
Outgoing yet grounded personality
Desire to provide exceptional healing services
Genuine ability to connect with others and build meaningful, authentic relationships with clients
Willingness to grow and be coachable
Appropriate certification and liability policy required for industry ($1M/$3M minimum)
Must be CPR Certified
Applicants will be screened for appropriateness, and invited to attend a preliminary audition/demonstration if selected.
Compensation: Rates vary based on experience, ability, service, and format.
Studio classes are compensated at $40 per class to start.
Wellness Providers interested in working within our Treatment Suite generally set their own rate!
