InnerSourced Solutions has an immediate opening for a 1099 SCHOOL BASED, licensed therapist to provide individual, family and/or group therapy.
This position requires a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact.
This position is ON-SITE although some remote family sessions may be provided.
Must be available for weekly clinical supervision if applicant has an intermediate license or monthly consultation for those independently licensed.
Applicants MUST be able to provide face to face sessions in the school and be willing to provide family services in the office, home, community, if the client/guardian desires.

Job Summary:
Provides individual , family and group counseling/psychotherapy to 4th – 8th graders based upon clinical assessment and diagnosis, development of individualized treatment plans, and engagement of the client and their family in the therapeutic process.
Provides emergency services and crisis intervention as needed; participates in quality improvement process; may provide mental health education and consultation; maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation.
The duties of the School Based Mental Health Therapist will include, but not limited to:
Provides psychotherapy and other clinical services to students and their families that meets an established clinical standard of care.
Makes documented referrals for medication evaluation and monitoring, as well as PRP services, as needed.
Completes diagnostic assessments.
Completes all documentation (i.
e.
assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, transition/discharge summaries, etc.
) within 48 hours of the provision of services.
All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR (inSync).
Completes all mandated training for this classification and/or licensure, as well as all CARF mandate trainings.
Provides feedback to Program Administrator regarding identified gaps in clinical services.
Participates in the development and collection of outcome data to aid in quality assurance and quality improvement.
Attends weekly clinical supervision if licensed at the intermediate level or monthly clinical consultation if independently licensed.
Requirements:
Master's /Doctorate in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field
Licensed in the State of Maryland as a LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LPC, LSCW-C, or Psychologist
Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
Must have a consistent history of maintaining required documentation in a timely manner
Highly organized and possesses time management
Must complete CAQH application or provide CAQH profile data
Must possess or obtain Malpractice Insurance
Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR.
Must pass background checks
Possess Maryland driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle
