Pre-Kindergarten Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with kindergarten curriculum standards - Provide literacy education to young students, fostering a love for reading and writing - Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom - Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills - Incorporate physical education activities to encourage gross motor skill development - Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed - Collaborate with parents and staff to support student learning and development Skills: - Strong background in literacy education and early childhood development - Experience working with young students, particularly in a kindergarten setting - Proficiency in math concepts suitable for kindergarten level - Knowledge of child welfare and the ability to provide care and support to children - Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining a positive play based learning environment -Must be 90 hour preschool teacher certified.
