We are looking for high energy coaches with a passion for teaching kids.
No experience is required and coaches will be trained and report back to our General Manager.
*Responsibilities*
* Adhere to Warriors policies, objectives, and rules
* Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and prepared physically and mentally
* Responsible for children and equipment with an emphasis on safety
* Setting up drills and activities in accordance with the provided curriculum
* Ensure equal attention among all gymnasts
* Ability to work as a team player
* Collaborate with other coaches and general manager to create lesson plans
* Communicate with parents electronically and face to face
* Attend meets, if a team coach
* Performing administrative tasks such as gymnasts’ skill performance updates
* Maintaining and cleaning equipment and facilities
*Certifications to obtain*
* First Aid/CPR
* Positive Coaching Alliance - Double Goal Coach
* Junior Olympic Development Coach

* Comfortable working with people of all ages and backgrounds
* Passion for youth development and gymnastics
* Gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading experience preferable
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Excellent ability to multitask
* Exhibit patience and understanding
