Ready to Quit Smoking or Vaping? (Baltimore)

Research study participants needed! If you are 18-60 years of age and interested in quitting smoking or vaping, you could qualify for a research study at the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in Baltimore, Maryland.
This study looks at changes in brain activity in smokers before, during, and after they quit smoking.
During a supported quit attempt that includes weekly meetings with a trained cessation counselor, you will have six MRI scans and four blood draws.
MRI is a non-invasive method to image the brain without radiation.
Qualified participants will receive up to $1,690 in compensation.
