* Schedule appointments for in-home consultations and design assessments.
* Listen to customers' needs, address their concerns, and offer tailored solutions.
* Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
* Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues, turning them into opportunities for positive experiences.
