The SIGINT Systems Division at Leidos current has an opening for a DevOps Software Engineer Level 4 (SWE4) to work in Hanover, MD.
This is a full-time opportunity supporting our mission customer in the Fort Meade, MD area.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large program with more than two (2) years left on the existing contract.
In this mission, Leidos supports a multi-year TTO contact supporting software and systems development, system administration, and helpdesk support in a variety of corporate authorization services on multiple network platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position is for a Software Engineer to support mission critical application and web service development in support of an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solution.
Technical responsibilities include support for software design, development, integration, test, and operational maintenance for an enterprise Secure Token Service.
Primary responsibilities include integration of commercial Secure Token Services with established authorization services.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines.
12+ years of Software Engineering experience.
An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 16 years.
5 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
Security Clearance Requirement:
Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
Secure Token Service solutions (e.
g Ping Federate, Keycloak)
OAuth, OIDC, and/or SAML
Java/JEE programming building robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Developing and hosting software on RHEL or CentOS platforms
Commercial middleware platforms/Application Servers (e.
g.
JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic)
Implementing and integrating with API and Web Services (SOAP and REST)
LDAP protocol, directories, and replication (RedHat DS)
PKI encryption and authentication
Relational databases and programming via JDBC
Version Control (GIT, SVN, CVS or similar)
Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
Docker Containers
Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
Ability to write technical documentation including in confluence.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.
00 - $220,900.
