Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will join an existing team that develops and manages a software product related to discovering new mobile data related to the mission.
This role includes application development in support of the mission, and managing the product's infrastructure and devops environment.
You will be working in a highly collaborative, integrated environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must have:
• Twelve plus (12+) years of general experience in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• At least five (5) years of experience in software-intensive projects and programs for government or industry customers.
• At least four (4) years of experience as a software engineer supporting software architecture development, requirement analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (with both new and existing systems).
Preferred Qualifications
• The role benefits from candidates with a broad range of knowledge since it combines application development and infrastructure/devops.

• Linux administration and experience developing software in a Linux environment.
