Makes decisions or recommendations on the interpretation and content of activity/agency policies concerning the management and development of long-range or interrelated procurement programs.
Furnishes technical information, assistance and advice dealing with the integration of diverse, technically complex systems concerning facilities, machinery, methods, materials and standards for a full range of industrial production systems.
Contractor Performance Monitor - Plans and coordinates contract administration activities for long-term, extensive technical service contracts and/or cost type contracts.
Performs contract management reviews and conducts studies of problem areas.
Reviews contracts, contracting planning, and contract changes for propriety of acquisition method, contract type, and documentation.
Evaluates audit reports, regulations, and other relevant material as a basis for Formulating guidelines, implementing new developments, and providing policy interpretation to the contracting activities.
Contract Policy Management - Performs all aspects of contracting transactions and procure items or services with specialized requirements.
Interprets and implements policy designed to assure uniform application with respect to subordinate program for small and disadvantaged businesses.
Plans/conducts sessions designed to promote participation in small and disadvantaged business programs.
Oversees and manages the execution of programs of broad scope and mission impact.
Reviews and interprets new and established directives, instructions, regulations, etc.
