Our highly experienced master stylist/owner will assist in providing the tools and resources necessary to further develop each team member, so that you are proficient in performing all services while realizing your full potential.
PCA Skin & Dermalogica experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Provide luxury skincare experiences
-Evaluating a customer's skin condition and offering recommendations for treatments and corrective products
-Performing facials which include exfoliation, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and other skin refinements
-Recommending skincare products to customers, including lotions, facial washes and moisturizers
-Waxing or plucking unwanted hair
-Maintaining beauty and skincare tools
Requirements:
-Maryland lincense
-Extensive knowledge of skincare techniques and products (PCA Skin)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a talent for making people feel comfortable and better about themselves
-Strong time management abilities
-Ability to recommend and sell products
