If you are into train memorabilia here is a gauge that was used in the cab of an old steam locomotive.
It was just one of a number of electrical gauges from an old 442 that was dismantled and scrapped in the late 90's in Eureka, California.
It was sold at auction and I have owned it since 1998 as part of my railroad collection.
It is now time to move it along so someone else can enjoy it.
It is in excellent overall condition with clear and bright lettering on the face.
The pointer is also in excellent condition and moves freely on its mounting pin.
The face is glass and does not have any chips or cracks.
The body is cast iron and is very solid also without any cracks.
The bottom of the face is hand lettered announcing its particulars which is very cool.
This would be a great addition to your railroad memorabilia collection.
