Antique Walnut French Empire Chest w/ Provenance - $2,500 (Columbia)

Solid walnut chest in the same family since before 1870 when it was brought to the US from Norden, France.
All original hardware, wooden nails (a few have been replaced).
Drawers fit well and slide smoothly.
A beautiful, very roomy, very heavy piece.
