Position Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to various leadership throughout the organization.
Responsible for creating agendas, managing schedules, meeting prep, minute taking, etc
Employees that are successful in this role possess strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and can be relied upon for dependable and consistent work output.
The Administrative Coordinator is knowledgeable of the department’s practices and work processes to provide internal clerical support and assistance while interacting externally.
Coordinates the provision of office and staff services and oversees or participates in the coordination and completion of special projects or events.
Computer skills needed
Shift:
Full-time, Day shift (40 hours per week)
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Education:
Two years of college or business school, or 4 years of equivalent experience (in addition to the minimum 3 years required experience).
Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible and successful experience as an administrative assistant to a senior-level manager or a group of managers is required,
Experience in a health care setting preferred.
Project coordination and database management experience
Proficiency in Windows, XP, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent writing, grammar, spelling, and communication skills
