*Job Overview*
The Quality System Administrator merges an understanding of quality processes with a strong proficiency in administrative practices to facilitate department objectives.
The Administrator assists the Quality Program Manager by planning and organizing key Quality Management System and department activities.
The Administrator’s key focus areas include facilitating the ongoing development of the Quality Management System in conjunction with the Manager, coordinating activities with other departments and management, and assessing department activities and data.
*Responsibilities*
*Essential Duties & Job Functions:*

* Execute all job functions with the purpose of streamlining, clarifying, improving and creating awareness for quality management systems and processes.
* Supports the development and modification of procedures, instructions, and forms.
* Incorporates contract requirements into the quality documentation and audit processes.
* Develops training materials and coordinates training events.
* Evaluates document and record control processes to facilitate regular document reviews, evaluate the adequacy of the process, and determine training needs of all process participants.
* Actively participates in the execution of contract deliverables, preparation of submittal documents, monitoring of deliverable timeliness, and periodically reviewing deliverables for adequacy.
* Organizes and prepares materials for meetings of all types.
* Prepares orders for department materials and supplies.
* Coordinating and performing reviews of documents and data with process stakeholders, communicating with other departments to collect and disseminate information, acquiring approval signature for various functions, interacting with stakeholders to complete assigned tasks, etc.
* Coordinates and facilitates corrective action meetings with owners, Manager and Auditors to reduce action time and increase effectiveness of corrections implemented.
* Conducts data analysis on established performance metrics and creates graphic displays of the resulting data as needed for presentation or review.
* Assists the Manager in developing new metrics and performing ad hoc data analysis, as required.
* Performs various duties such as (but not limited to) file maintenance, workspace cleanup, organizing electronic information in various networks, and answering the department telephone, as required.
*Job Requirements*
*Mandatory:*
* Associate degree and three (3) years of work experience in a quality program environment OR five (5) years of work experience in a quality program environment with process audits.
* Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen.

Citizenship.
* Ability to obtain and maintain the required intelligence community level clearance.
* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
* Ability to lift 25 pounds.
