Overview:
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Sr.
Operations Analyst and Onsite Lead to support the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program.
Operations and Program Analyst will provide programmatic operations support to an O-5 Product Manager, Deputy Product Manager, and staff.
General functions will include task management, document control, calendar management, meeting coordination and planning, event planning and other tasks as required.
The PM PNT program provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services to the Army director PNT systems.
The SETA services provided to PM PNT shall support the planning, development, management, sustainment, and execution of the U.
S.
Army’s PNT portfolio.
PM PNT provides coordinated PNT system of systems architecture and associated PNT products for the Army’s mounted and dismounted platforms.
PM PNT is the Army’s lifecycle manager for the Mounted Assured PNT System (MAPS), Dismounted Assured PNT System (DAPS), Assured Protection and Alt Nav Technology Development; and the Resiliency and Software Assurance Measures (RSAM).
, as well as any future PNT efforts in both the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
Responsibilities: Provide planning, coordinating, and documenting for technical and administrative meetings.
Ensure agenda, minutes, and action items are provided and tracked.
Monitor and synchronize PM organizational activities/events.
The events consist of but are not limited to internal meetings, stakeholder engagements, Distinguished Visitor (DV) events, and Integrated Product Team meetings.
Ensure tasks and meeting minutes are captured and disseminated to appropriate personnel.
Develop internal and external reports supporting the Project Manager and Higher Headquarters.
Serve as lead action officer for the development of programmatic products to support taskings and assigned deliverables.
Generate reports as directed by leadership in support of team activities and meet necessary task suspense dates.
Support development of briefings for presentation to Senior Army personnel.
Using information provided by the Government, review prepared briefing charts and materials, read-ahead packages, agendas, data books, briefing slides, program schedules for accuracy and messaging.
Provide necessary informational summaries to assigned leadership.
Briefings can include but are not limited to budget, test, logistics, program management, and acquisition decisions.
Conduct daily standup meeting for PMO status of DME and RSAM tasks.
Coordinate reviews and assist with comment adjudication on staffed documents.
Documents can include but are not limited to Official Memorandums, Memorandums of Agreement / Understanding, Technical / Logistics / Program Management / Budget Documentation.
Review and provide comments on document content and structure.
Conduct information gathering and analysis.
Develop and maintain a knowledge management system for assigned team using range of available automation productions, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Atlassian Suite of web-hosted software.

Supporting the development of strategic messaging for various audiences for assigned team.
Ensure team personnel accountability and availability for tasks and meetings.
Provide support to leadership in the development or execution of any necessary audit activities, evaluation of internal controls, and Commander’s Critical Information Reports.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for assigned team.
Provide updates to the existing PM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and prepare new SOPs.
Qualifications: An active DoD Secret security clearance is required for consideration.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.

Citizenship is required.
A bachelor's degree in the specialized field with 10 years experience or a master's degree in the specialized field with 8 year experience DoD systems acquisition, budgeting, and scheduling.
Prior project management and technical skills for supporting product performance, cost, and schedule via inputs, reviews, and feedback.
Program Management or similar operations experience preferred.
Experience serving as the integrator/liaison and coordinator lead between military stakeholders.
Must be able to interact with customers and senior leadership.
Must have understanding of new Army commands and chain of command, to include ASA (ALT), the Futures Command and the Cross Functional Team.
Must have experience reviewing awards, appraisals, and other documents.
Must be experienced with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Outlook) and knowledgeable as a user of SharePoint.
Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, highly motivated, quick learners, and able to function in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of Army PEO / ASA(ALT) structure and operating practices desired Knowledge of ASA(ALT) Task Management Tool (TMT) desired.
Ability to contribute to process development helpful.
This position may require up to 25% travel in and out of the contiguous US.
