\*\*Office Clerk\*\* \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members.
- Assist with proofreading documents for errors and inconsistencies.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.
\*\*Skills:\*\* - Experience working in a dental office is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in order entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Project coordination skills to assist with managing various tasks simultaneously.
- Calendar management skills to schedule appointments and meetings effectively.
- Event planning experience is a plus.
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for document management and collaboration.
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
