Office Assistant
Must live within 20 min of zip code 21229.
(Baltimore County)
This is in-person office job.
You work M-F - 10 to 6 pm daily.
Must be under age of 45
Must have an active drivers lisence and a vehicel.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide support in project coordination and tracking progress.
- Assist with office management duties, including organizing files and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Experience:
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is a plus or any office job
- Experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred.
