They are skilled in handling clerical and administrative tasks, can multitask, and manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls in a courteous manner, identifying self and Dialysis center
Greet visitors and maintain the visitor's sign in log
Order supplies and assists in preparing monthly inventory supplies
Assist with sorting mail and the monthly mailing of resident invoices
Process facility billing statements
Package and ship out brochures, materials & supplies when needed
Perform clerical tasks as identified including letters, reports, forms, and other correspondence
Prepare patient charts and obtains consent for all new admissions
Abide by the standards identified in FutureCare’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous clerical and customer service experience
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational/prioritization skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to interact with others in a considerate, helpful, courteous manner
Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication with all facility staff, residents and visiting family members
Must be professional and present neat appearance in appropriate dress and identification at all times
